The San Francisco Bay Area wastewater industry has the potential to be energy self-sufficient and support the integration of advanced technology to become a net energy producer, helping to meet our nation’s goals for renewable energy. Proposers responding to this RFQ must have proven expertise and extensive experience in biosolids management, particularly in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of biosolids processing facilities.
